Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 96 hours of payment confirmation (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: $4.99 on orders under $39.98,Free on all orders over $39.99
Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days

Express Shipping: $8.99 (all orders, no minimum)
Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier.

Worldwide Shipping

We ship worldwide via FedEx, USPS, and other carriers depending on the delivery address. Weekends and public holidays are not included in shipping time calculations.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to become active. You can also check your order status under the Order History section of our website.

Tracking Delays

If you do not receive a tracking confirmation email within 5 business days of payment, please contact us at [email protected] for assistance.

Missed Delivery

If we are unable to deliver to your address, our carrier will leave a notice with instructions for re-delivery or pickup.

Change of Address

Please contact us before your order ships with your order number and correct address. We will confirm your change request within 4 hours. Address changes can only be accommodated within 48 hours of receiving your tracking number.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Customs & Duties

If your package is held by customs, we will notify you by email and arrange for reshipment as needed.
